2016 - Configurations

Here are some examples of how the 2016 can be configured...

PAL only output - Includes Teletext Test Page database
DVB-ASI only - Includes Teletext Test Page database
Dual PAL / DVB-ASI - Dual output from two independent sources.
PAL / DVB-ASI / SDI - Triple output from three independent sources

Limitations: In a 2U chassis up to 3 Inserter cards can be added. The only limitations are a maximum of 2 Digital cards (DVB-ASI / SDI) or 3 x PAL analogue cards. Please datasheet for full details.

Typical analogue configuration
The 2016 maybe used in conjunction with the SysMedia 1033 Calibrated Distortion Unit (CDU) so as to allow both a degraded Teletext Eye Height signal and the 2016 Teletext test base to exist on the same video feed. Here the video output from the 1033 CDU provides the video
