2016 Teletext Test Generator

SysMedia's 2016 Teletext Test Page Generator provides similar tests to the 2017, but primarily for analogue TV / set top box requirements.

However, the 2016 can optionally include a DVB-ASI and SDI output card as well, but does not have the option of an internal MPEG encoder, multiplexer or modulator.

Dynamic Teletext Test Generator Database
The industry standard database for the testing of TV's, set top boxes and chipsets has been available from SysMedia for many years. The 2016 contains 462 tests with support for 28 teletext languages, FASTEXT (FLOF), Full level 1, 1.5 and 2.5 teletext. The 2016 has the facilities to simulate a live teletext broadcast.

The PAL 2016 can also insert other VBI data as well as the teletext pages (e.g. Line 21 closed captions, wide screen signaling, VPS and VITC & ACI).
